A public key is filed for this charge point in the charging point register and it holds up cryptographically. The signed record on your bill can therefore be verified – no installation, and you do not have to find the key yourself.

This EVSE ID is not unique. It appears 2 times in the register. Under DIN SPEC 91286 it should be unique worldwide; a check via this identifier may therefore hit a different charge point. More in the interface documentation.
Everything else here is about charging stations – what the register treats as one installation. On site, though, you stand in front of one cable, and it carries an EVSE ID. An installation with six charge points has six different answers to the question whether a bill can be checked. This page gives exactly one of them.
