Add a fault contact

Do you operate the charging stations of Gemeinde Marquartstein? Then add where a fault report should go. The entry then appears at every one of your stations and on your operator page.

What happens next

  1. You sign in with your account and enter the address.
  2. We send an email to it. Only the link inside confirms that it is being read.
  3. A person reviews the entry – the only question being whether the address belongs to this operator.
  4. After that the contact is public, and you get a permanent link to your inbox with every open report for your stations.

The chain sounds cumbersome, and it is. Without it anyone could enter any address for someone else’s company – and a wrong fault address is worse than none, because it looks right and sends reports nowhere.

Sign in first

Only signed-in users can add a fault contact. The review is quickest if you sign in with an address of your company – such as name@your-company.com.

Why? A fault contact appears at every station of the operator. An entry nobody can be held to would be an invitation to divert other people’s reports.
